We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To start a return, please contact us at info@10bay.store.

Eligibility Requirements
Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@10bay.store with your order number.

  2. We will confirm whether your return is eligible.

  3. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective or incorrect: 10 Bay covers return shipping.

  • For all other returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
